As with all our products, our cakes are naturally hypoallergenic however please get in touch if your dog has specific dietary requirements – our team are always looking for innovative ways to solve uncommon problems!
Cakes can be pre-ordered up to 1 year in advance
Bottom tier: 5.5 inch, Top tier: 3.5 inch
Keep in Fridge
Ingredients: Chickpea flour, Peanut Butter, Banana, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Oil
Suitable for dogs age 12 months+
Shelf life: 7-10 days from bake, keep refridgerated.
Shipping and Returns
IMPORTANT information on orders with seasonal products:
If you are ordering a seasonal product such as an advent calendar please unsure you put through a separate order if you want to order a cake for a different date. For example if you are ordering a cake for January as well as buying an advent calendar you must put these through on 2 separate orders as they are separate parcels on different dates and therefore we will incur 2 separate shipping charges.
Shipping
Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and you will see the shipping options.
You will be offered 4 options at checkout:
1. Economy Delivery - this is 1st class post by Royal Mail, the delivery aim is 1-3 working days however this is not guaranteed. There is no tracking with this option, the only time any tracking shows if it a delivery has been attempted. The parcel is also not insured for late arrival or damage.
2. Tracked and Insured - this is tracked delivery by Royal Mail, the delivery aim is 1-2 days and you can track your parcel at any time and will have full visibility of your parcels journey. Your parcel is also insured for late arrival and damage.
3. Special Delivery - this is Royal Mails guaranteed next day delivery service. You can track your parcel at any time and will have full visibility of your parcels journey. Your parcel is also insured for late arrival and damage.
4. Collection from Bakery - Our free option for you to collect your parcel from our bakery. The address is The Posh Pet, 222 Park Lane, Poynton, SK12 1RQ.
Returns:
Perishable items are non returnable. Non-perishable items which are unused and unopened may be returned within 14 days of shipping. Non-perishable items which have been opened and/or used are non-returnable.
Refunds:
Perishable Items
Refunds can be offered on perishable items which have arrived after the requested date ONLY if ‘tracked and insured’ or ‘special delivery’ postage options have been selected. Refunds are not offered on perishable items sent by economy delivery that arrive after the date requested.
Damage
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged a replacement will be sent out to you.
